1. Service description
Shorts Auto Publisher is a workflow automation service for preparing and publishing authorized short-form vertical video content to supported social platforms.
2. Authorized use
You may only use this service with content that you own, created yourself, licensed, or have permission to publish. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and platform rules.
3. Prohibited use
- Uploading or publishing content without proper rights or authorization.
- Using the service to impersonate another person or brand.
- Using the service to spam, mislead, harass, or distribute harmful content.
- Attempting to bypass platform security, review, copyright, or policy enforcement systems.
4. Third-party platforms
The service may connect to platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, and other providers through official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and developer rules.
5. Account access
When you authorize the application through OAuth or another official authentication method, the application may access only the permissions you approve. You can revoke access from the relevant third-party platform at any time.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication success, monetization, reach, or approval by any third-party platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shorts Auto Publisher and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related losses resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
